Screaming Energy currently has a significant queue of products waiting to be reviewed. New products can take upwards of 6 months to be reviewed. To expedite your review, please mark the white box with an "X" and include a check for $100, payable to "Ocular Box Studios, Inc." Your product will be placed in a priority queue, to be reviewed within 1 week of our receipt of your product and payment.

This form applies to an individual product, not your entire brand. Each product (flavor or variant) of your brand should be submitted with its own form, each review to be expedited should be marked accordingly and be accompanied with the $100 fee. If you send a grape, berry and lemon flavor, it should be accompanied by 3 forms. If they are all expedited, the package should also contain a $300 check.

Screaming Energy will only review one product from a single manufacturer every 7 days. If you expedite multiple products, please specify the order in which they should be expedited (if you have a preference). If you send 3 expedited review request (along with $300 and (6) samples of the 3 flavors), all three will appear on our site within 21 days of receiving the product. Our site has been active since 2005, but we make no guarantee about its ongoing availability or its maintenance. We will make reasonable effort to make our site accessible and available continually to the global internet community. We reserve the right to decline reviewing any product we deem dangerous, lewd, inappropriate for our target audience, demeaning, racially or ethnically motivated, misleading or otherwise contemptible.
