This drink reminds me of a painfully long story about the first time I had AMP Energy Overdrive. I drove down to the thriving metropolis of Eatonton Ga. To purchase a used 18.5ft. Skeeter bass fishing boat from Oconee Marine. On the way, I stopped to gas up (back when gas prices were a $2.49/gallon steal), went inside, and low and behold, there was an unsampled flavor of AMP. I immediately purchased a couple, one for me, and one for the little lady, who was at home farming epic gear in Molten Core. I knocked back...more AMP Overdrive product information

As we wait for Dub's triumphant return as the Stig, the real matter at hand is Amp Energy Sugar Free. This has a reasonable tart taste that's not overloaded with rancid artificial sweetener taste. It does make your mouth feel a little gross, particularly if you drink it after it gets warm. It's pretty energizing, I attribute this to the 140+mg of caffeine per can. It's sparse indeed on the other energy products, but who really cares? Just put a mountain of caffeine in the drink and make it taste respectable. Amp energy does a respectable...more AMP Sugar Free product information

How forgettable is Mountain Dew Amp Traction? Well, so much so that I drank it, the can got moved behind my monitor when I was lighting a fall seasonal candle, and I forgot completely about it for well over a week. I fully believed I was up-to-date on the website reviews until I realized my last review well over a week ago (I know, unacceptable). So, let me start by apologizing for the delay in reviews, blame Moutain Dew AMP Traction, not so much because it's truly to blame, more so that I'm bad at accepting responsibility...more AMP Traction product information

Having grown up next to a large Pepsi plant, I'm familiar with geographically specific sodas. Unfortunately, to describe the flavor of Mountain Dew MDX, which is likely a geographically specific soda, I have to use a geographically specific soda. That being said, Mountain Dew MDX tastes like a combination of regular Mountain Dew, and Surge, a drink that lasted a couple of years in certain regions in the late 90's. I like(d) the taste of both, but never found Surge to be particularly pleasing to the palate in the long term. This soda resolves that problem. Though reasonably thick, but...more Mountain Dew MDX product information

Mountain Dew MDX Sugar Free

Mountain Dew MDX Sugar Free has a lot of flavor, and most of it is not unpleasant. There is some diet soda aftertaste, and come to think of it, some duringtaste, but not bad. It's like a not-quite-as-good-as Diet Sun Drop (for those fortunate enough to have Sun Drop available in their area). It's uncharacteristically thick for a Sugar Free soda, which somewhat took away from it being diet. It's pretty easy to drink, and reasonably thirst quenching, but lacks absolutely anything to either lament or exalt. The closest thing to something to be excited about is...more Mountain Dew MDX Sugar Free product information

This soda has always been entirely too syrupy for me. It's like drinking tree sap. The taste is pretty good otherwise, liken to condensed Mountain Dew. I'd imagine it would be good served over pancakes, but it's not an enjoyable beverage for me. I also get very little out of it in the way of energy. I feel like the energy is mostly from the sugar, though it does host an impressive list of "energizing" ingredients in undisclosed amounts. On a closing note, the logo and can are both pretty cool. I do feel "xtreme"...more Original Mountain Dew AMP product information

Due the insolence of some delivery person, we did not get the pre-release of this drink. We were slated to receive it, and I've seen images floating around the intertubes of undecorated cans, adorned only with postage stickies labeled "MD Game Fuel LTO Citru Cherry #627". I can only imagine how 1337 I would have been with a 6 pack of pre-release "This product is only for testing not for resale" cans of Alliance Blue and Horde Red Mtn Dew Game Fuel. We did eventually come to lay our filthy hands on some, after pick pocketing tons of "course...more World of Warcraft Mountain Dew Game Fuel product information
