Red Bull Information:Red Bull provides a wildly popular energy drink which tastes like a watered-down, carbonated version of Krating Daeng. The Austrian-formulated Red Bull, is outrageously overpriced, overtly sugary, and only moderately effective, yet people inconceivably keep buying it. They have, over time, eventually given in and introduced other flavors and low/zero carb versions of the Austrian formulation of Red Bull.

Firstly, all of the stats for this drink are estimates. We have no information about sodium content, carbs, fl.oz., etc. Now, forget everything you "think" you know about Red Bull (aka overpriced liquid garbage). Now, imagine a world where Red Bull wasn't the alternative to "getting a Starbucks". A world where an energy drink was intended to deliver what the body needed to do work, not an energy drink formulated to give we Americans the "energy" we need to sit in a air-conditioned office and look at Facebook and Youtube for 40% of our "workday". Such...more Real Red Bull product information

After all the hype about Red Bull, and I don't really care what you can mix it with at the club, Red Bull is an average beverage with an average kick of energy. It tastes a little like sparkling kiwi fruit (real kiwi not that stuff they call kiwi in most "kiwi-strawberry" beverages). It doesn't really do anything for my taste buds until it hits the back of my tongue. The 4 pack for $7 is about the same amount of beverage as 1 monster xxl, which really hurts its value rating. Since many sodas are $2 for...more Red Bull product information

Years ago, I posed the question, "Why do all energy drinks have to have this, 'new flavor'?" The question was geared toward this mass movement towards exotic flavors like, "passionfruit", "mango", "tamarind", "guava" and even more recently "coconut". "Why doesn't someone just come out with a better cola? A more energizing iteration of flavors people already like?". Well, Jolt Power Cola was the first to resoundingly respond to that request, and, I rewarded its offering with a 9/10 energy rating, 10/10 taste, and 9/10 value. Jolt Power Cola (now available in sizes smaller than the 23.5oz....more Red Bull Cola product information

If it weren't overpriced and uneventful, would it be a Red Bull product? Like NOS Energy Poweshot, I'm glad to see that most of these $3 catastrophes are collecting dust on service station counters. As if $2 for 8.3oz. of garbage wasn't a reasonably sufficient raping, Red Bull decided to take that formula, make it flat, add some sucralose, give you 1/4 of the quantity and charge you a dollar more. It's like government health care, only better, and it's at your discretion whether you waste billions of dollars on it or not. Interestingly, this tastes almost...more Red Bull Energy Shot product information

The initial taste is much better than regular red bull, but the aftertaste lingers for some time, like an aerosol hair spray directly in the mouth. The 10 calories is good, but they make up for it with a lot of sodium, so it's not thirst quenching at all. I think it's a reasonably tasty beverage. I'm hard-pressed to give any $2 8.3oz soda a unsullied review. My complaint with Red Bull from day 1 has been quantity to cost. It has a reasonable energy kick, and is a good choice if you have a...more Red Bull Sugar Free product information
