This may be the worst energy drink ever. I'm not even sure if the product itself or the marketing ploy is more disappointing. Let's start with a full webpage full of absolutely nothing. The part that I enjoyed the most was a Q&A section which states and restates the same idea over a series of 15 or so questions that never actually lead to any information about the beverage. Specifically the answer portions mention several times how the drink is "created especially for women", but never once tells what about this drink is great for women besides the pink packaging. Yes Tab Energy proudly states that it has only 5 calories, but there have been tons of other sodas with even less than 5 but don't market themselves as a women's product.
Tab Energy has a horribly bitter raspberry artificial sweetener taste to it. I was very shocked to see how badly this tasted after several friends recommended that I try it. Towards the end I really had a hard time trying to finish Tab because it certainly is not a smooth beverage. This is one of those drinks that I'm not upset about spending the money to get it or the fact that I got a four pack and now have two more of these terrible drinks taking up space in my fridge until I can find an unsuspecting victim to con into drinking them, but I just want to be able to warn people about how incredible bad every aspect of this product is.

2Jason's Review:
Firstly, I wasn't expecting much from this beverage. I was subjected to regular tab during some of my childhood (until, thankfully, Clearly Canadian came along). On a positive note, this tastes better than regular Tab, on a negative note, that's not saying a lot. The taste is something of a watermelon flavor, only coated in fake sweetener, and some vegetable juice (for color)(yes, that is actually on the back of the can). I didn't enjoy the flavor, certainly not as much as I enjoyed Go Girl.
The energy was just another day at the office. I drink a lot of energy drinks, so it takes something above average for me to notice that it's doing something. I also have a tendency to pass out from exhaustion around 3pm if it's underpowered. I didn't really notice anything, so I'm giving it a perfect "5" for energy.
At 10.5 oz., it's a little bigger than the Red Bull Sugar Free, but lacking 5.5oz on Monster Lo Carb which is readily available for $1.50.

So Delicious. I was truly addicted. I always had a bunch of Tab Energy in my fridge for company and of course to keep up my addiction with this delightful fruity concoction. I still check the grocery store every chance I get in hopes that one day they will be there on the shelf in their rightful spot among other energy drinks. I'm still obsessed. When will they bring it back!!??? C'mon, get the ball going and bring back our drink!

I'm still an original Tab drinker ... and I LOVED Tab Energy once I discovered it. I loved the taste; I loved the pink color; and I loved the buzz! It always hit the spot, and even prevented me from reaching for a glass of wine.
I bought a truckload--probably 50 12-packs--about a year ago and am just starting to run out. I cannot believe Coca-Cola canned it. Truly a disappointment and quite a letdown for this Coke customer.

Tab energy was possibly the best energy drink ever made. I was crushed to learn I could no longer find it. I drank 2-3/day.

I Love Tab Energy. I work at a hospital, and our Cafeteria sells Tab, Redbull & Monster. I have to say that Tab is absolutely the best one! It's top notch. Always gave me enough energy and I couldn't stop drinking them! They do not taste horrible, they taste like raspberry club soda. Not a bad taste at all! To each his own!
But I love it. Now I can't find a single place in this world that sells Tab Energy. :(
It's been discontinued.
My next fave is Rip It! If you like Tab, try Rip It energy. It's sold at small chain stores, hard to find!

I LOVE TaB Energy.... I drank one a day then one day it was gone. Someone told me that they have seen it in Indiana? I think that they quit making it. They need to bring it back. It was made for women and women love it!

I LOVE Tab Energy. I will admit, after the original Tab horrid flavor, I was a little scared to try it, but I was looking for a new energy drink that didn't taste, well, like an energy drink. I HAVE FOUND IT! It is WAY better than any of the other energy drinks I've tried. I think Red BULL is BS! It is horrid and foul tasting, but I loved Tab Energy. I would keep at least (2) 4-packs in my fridge every week. It was great when I was up working late and needed a boost to get my work done. HOWEVER, I cannot find it ANYWHERE anymore! I'm really bummed because I'm having a hard time finding ANY kind of Energy drink that is DIET and lo-cal now. I mean, I don't want to suck down 200-300 empty calories just to get an energy boost. I'll drink Diet Coke for that. Even the Starbuck's Double Shot in Diet I would buy occasionally is GONE. All there is now is the regular Double Shot and, again, it's like over 200 calories for that little can. I want to EAT my calories, not drink them! If anybody knows where I can scam some Tab Energy in or around the 34609 ZIP Code, let me know.

Probably the best tasting energy drink ever made. I honestly love it, I know heaps of people who hated it and thought it tasted horrible, but I personally loved it. Too bad they stopped selling it, nothing else around is anything like it.

I don't think Tab energy tastes that bad. My fiance tasted it one day and told me it was the worst thing he's ever drank. I really liked drinking it, however it definitely has been discontinued because I can't find it anywhere anymore. Booo hoo

Tab Energy is actually my favorite of all energy drinks. Personally, I think it tastes great! I haven't been able to find it lately (in Chicago area). Has it been discontinued?

Tab Energy has been discontinued. I was so mad when I found out. But it's no more. It was my favorite energy drink. The only one I would ever drink. It tastes like cherry coke! All the other energy drinks taste like cough syrup.

Tab Energy is awesome! When I first started drinking them I couldn't figure out where I had tasted it before...then it hit me...Tab Energy tastes EXACTLY like a cherry Jolly Rancher! Will I ever be able to find Tab again? Sad in San Diego.

Let's be honest here, Tab energy tastes like Cabbage. I blindly taste any carbonated drink that comes out on the market. Tab energy is absolutely the worst.

Tab Energy is my Number 1 Hated Energy Drink. I'm not sure why people say this tastes like raspberries or watermelons. The only comparison I have is this; take the taste of Robitussin. Take out the sugar and add a horrible metallic saccharine aftertaste. Now carbonate it. I could only see this as being a dietary supplement because it will likely activate your gag reflex. Energy drink for reluctant bulimics maybe?

Lindsey: Same here. My wife and I look for Tabs at every grocer and c-store we go in to. Zippo! And this has gone on for months! I've had to--choke--resort to sugar-free Red Bulls. Kill me!

I absolutely love Tab Energy drink. Every Sunday my husband and I go to the grocery store, and I get a Tab Energy drink and 2 gossip magazines. However, last Sunday I went to the grocery store, and they do NOT carry Tab anymore. I was freaking out. I told my husband we had to find another store that carried them, that is what lead me to this web page. I am trying to find out where I can by Tab Energy drink....immediately. Signed Tab Lover

Tab Energy is the best thing this planet has ever conjured up. When I say that I mean it is the best combination of atoms that can possibly be created. I would have three mouths implanted (one on each elbow and another on my back) on my body so that I could consume more of it at one time and taste it from numerous points on my body.
