Can Text:

Bookoo means big! Big taste and energy in a big three serving size. Bookoo is extreme power for extreme people. You have to admit. Any 24oz can looks enticing. It's hard pass up. Because the can is so big, it makes the letters look bigger too, and it looks like someone yelling "BOOKOO". The paint on the can looks like something you might find on a custom Chopper.

Active Ingredients *Per can, not per serving:
3000mg Taurine as well as a ton of B12 and B6.

Bookoo is just a big drink. I really enjoyed the orange citrus flavor, but I don't think it's very comfortable to drink that much orange flavored beverage. I thought this was a pretty high energy drink, but when you take into account that it's three times the average size energy drink, and then I have to say it's about average.

Bookoo the company sponsors Advanstar Communications' new Arenacross Championship Series. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's where the guys on the dirt bikes ride through the maze and do big tricks in a race against each other. Totally high energy. What a great way to promote themselves. Bookoo comes in Citrus, Zero Carb Citrus, Wild Berry, and Wild Berry Zero Carb flavors. They are offered in 24oz, 12oz, and a 5.75oz shot.

Jason's Review:
Firstly, let me say, Bookoo is an enormous drink. It's almost unwieldy. It's like carrying around one of those soup thermoses you so often see construction workers portrayed as having. Drinking from the can dwarfs your face, like Anna Nichole Smith dwarfed that little old man she married for all the money. Riding in a car is awkward, if your cup holder is big enough to hold the bottom, it's so top-heavy when it's full, it wants to turn over. Or, in compact cars, often the cup holders are mounted under the radio/air condition controls, and the can is too tall to fit under. The monster XXL is plagued with the same problems.

As for taste, I think it was a great orange flavor, liken to any of the non-energy orange sodas available on the market. It seemed slightly less carbonated though, this may have been that it took a thousand hours to drink and the carbonation had long since worn down.

This is by no means a soda for the weak of bladder. A goodly amount of energy contained in a goodly amount of soda. If you like to sip, and don't care that the carbonation dwindles, you should have a field day with this one. The taste really is pleasant independently of carbonation, and the size makes it a great value, if you want quantity.
