When I saw this can I immediately thought it looked so good. The colors and fonts go so well together and totally scream energy. Not wild untamed energy, but smooth and sophisticated energy. I don't think I'd ever seen the OCC logo before even though I'd been subjected to several episodes of the show. I love that it's called 'High Octane Fuel'. How cool is that?
Active Ingredients *Per can, not per serving:
1000mg taurine, 50 mg inositol, 50% of your daily value of B6, and B12, and 50mg caffeine.
50mg of caffeine???? That's even less than a cup of coffee. So OCC has barely more than a chocolate bar's worth in caffeine. What a snore.

Hmm... um.. I guess it's supposed to taste like strawberry??? Maybe? There wasn't much going on to back that up. But I think I might have gotten a hint of strawberry along with a lot of carbonation. I'm going to guess that someone decided that it was a good idea to try to ride the wave of fame that Orange County Choppers found in their first season and a group of folks got together and came up with slapping the OCC logo on a can and to try to sell it. But in this OCC craze they had a minor detail that they overlooked. That would be that the soda was bad. Maybe they thought that bikers didn't need to be energized. They already do some crazy stuff... so I hear.
I have to say again that I really love that they call it 'High Octane Fuel'. Something about that makes me want to drink. I guess it reminds me of actual fuel which smells so good, and makes me happy. OCC Energy Drink, on the other hand, does not make me happy. I didn't feel energized at all after drinking this. Definitely not worth $2.50. If you happen to be at a 7-11 and see this on the shelf, turn the other way. Go get a Slurpee. They're way better.

2Jason's Review:
O.C.C. (Orange County Choppers) Energy Drink was a horrible attempt to exploit the Teutel good name for profit. I mean, it's not like these guys, experts in their craft of custom chopper building, would lower themselves to sullying the O.C.C. name by plastering it all over shoddy unrelated products like video games, neckties, sandals, mugs, rotating lamps and bobble head dolls. Something must have slipped through the cracks, namely whoever OKed this, must have not thought to taste it. The O.C.C. energy drink conjured up waxy memories of the horrible stinger line of beverages, only whoever made this drink forgot to add any other flavor in an attempt to mask the nasty wax essence. The only connection I could make was that perhaps you would wax a bike, like you might wax a car. Then, if they were trying to relate it, they should have powder coated the can, and made the drink taste like gasoline (which would have been better).
As with many drinks I've tried recently, I wanted to take a nap after drinking it. I was very tired, but had somewhere to go, and having to walk there was harder, since I was sickened by the taste of the O.C.C., and it had made me want to lie down and nap with the homeless in the park. I had to refrain, as I was afraid someone may mistaken my yet unphotographed O.C.C. can as a recycling opportunity.
At $2.49, I've gotten better beverage values at the movie theatre. I don't have anything good at all to say about this drink, and my only debate is if it's worse than "Yet", and at $2.49, I think it is.

I drank one can of Orange County Choppers High Octane Fuel and threw up in my mouth. It tasted like bleach and cigarettes mixed with fruit juice, and it made my heart skip a beat. Gross.
