Can Text:

"Energize Your Body & Soul, N-Motion energy drink from BodyBlocks provides increased performance for the athlete or the person on the go."

"Get the energy you need to continue your day and enjoy the great taste of N-Motion."

This can would make a great Christmas ornament.

Active Ingredients *Per can, not per serving:
Unlike the caffeine free, which contains Formula MV II, the sugar free version contains the elusive Formula MV I (the original), which contains taurine, rhodiola, green tea extract, and caffeine.

I took one sip of this, tasted the passion fruit, and gave it to Jason. He can tolerate the taste, so I'm mirroring his review, on energy and value, as I'm unable to stomach the taste of this drink, the Caffeine Free or Sugar Free versions.

Jason's Review:
This version and the caffeine free were very bad to the taste buds. My mouth felt like it was being punished for doing something wrong. At least this one had some caffeine. I don't know why the beverage is so cloudy looking, like you dissolved half a box of Pepto-Bismol tablets in carbonated water (come to think of it, that would taste much better, and fix the digestive problems that I speculate this drink caused).

I was mildly energized. Someone should tell Bodyblocks that the reason that noone else is using their "secret" Formula MV II, is because it's slightly less effective than the run-of-the-mill caffeine & taurine drinks. Stick to what works guys, and in comparable quantities, this lacked something.

As for value, $1 is much better than $2 for a Mountain Dew Amp, and they are at least in the same ballpark in all categories for me.
