How much does Guru Superfruit Juicy Energy Drink cost? $1.99
Hello again, Jason from Screaming Energy. It's easy for brands, even noteworthy brands, to get lost in the sea of dog leavings that comprise the majority of the energy drink market. The Food Lion, that desperately wants to be a Harris Teeter, near my house recently put Guru Lite in the organic/hippie/vegan/tree hugger section. Lite is above average for a lo-calorie drink, but remains the least savory of the brand, a brand that includes Full On Lemonade, one of my favorite drinks of all time. Seeing Guru Lite at Food Lion reminded we had unreviewed Guru flavors.
"Superfruit" is so delicious and high class, I want it flowing from a multi-tier fountain, flanked by Tastykakes and green been casserole, at my next shotgun wedding. Like Superfruit, the bridesmaids colors should be light pink on pink with "Juicy" on their cans, elegantly and painstakingly penned in Gothic Blackletter across their posteriors as if by the quills of medieval monks.
The energy pales in comparison to drinks like VPX Meltdown and DynaPep, then again, so does snorting white gurl. It may also be that I was savoring the flavor too much, like sipping Grape Dimetapp, to get the full effect.
Guru Superfruit tastes like an upgrade to the Minute Maid Fruit Punch, the stuff that's usually available in half-gallon cartons near the orange juice. It's very near Rockstar Punched in pure taste enjoyment. In comparison to Rockstar's Punched, it's deficient 4 fl. oz. in size, but is 100% natural and organic.
All of Guru's products pack a reasonable all natural, organic energy boost. Unlike many products that can make that claim, Guru is neither undersized or overpriced. Available for $1.99, and about 4 fl. oz. larger than the poorly chosen defacto standard Red Bull, Guru's product line outclasses, outsizes and/or underprices other "healthy", "natural" energy drinks like: Vemma's Verve!, FRS and the infamous Amway offering, XS Energy.
Guru Superfruit Juicy Energy Drink can or bottle design and textual information
Guru Superfruit comes in a can, similar in design to Guru Full On Lemonade. The noteworthy differences, "Juicy" on Superfruit where "Full On" appears on the lemonade, and the can is pink with light pink, instead of blue with yellow.
I experienced cold like symptoms after drinking 1 of these per day for about 3 days. I'm not sure if it was coincidence or not but will follow up after I finish the remaining three cans I purchased. Expect a review and or class action law suit. Comment by Jason: Yes your honor, I'm seeking a full $7 reimbursement for the cold medicine I took 1/2 a box of

Guests's Review
After Jason got a wild hair to review this drink, I found it was decreasingly available for purchase on the internet, and, along with Full On Lemonade, no longer appears on the Guru website. The do have some "Guru 2.0" product that looks intriguing, but that's doesn't bring back Superfruit or Lemonade, now does it?Guru Superfruit tastes like an upgrade to the Minute Maid Fruit Punch, the stuff that's usually available in half-gallon cartons near the orange juice.
